Cancellation policy

Well, it's part of it.. A cancellation policy! Especially in the seasons, we are often (almost) empty in terms of vehicles and canceling a booking has major consequences for the planning. You can read the rules on this page.

Cancellation in season
Our season runs from the beginning of April to the end of September. Within our season we have a cancellation policy of 48 hours. We always use a start of 09:00 on the day itself, although some rental periods start later. In short; within the season you must cancel before 09:00, 48 hours in advance. Because we often have to say no to guests, we strictly adhere to this time. We don't want to disappoint anyone!

Out of season
Our low season is the other months, ie the beginning of October to the end of March. During these months, a cancellation policy of 24 hours in advance applies. The same applies here as in the season; we use 09:00 on the day on which your rental starts. Do you report yourself before 09:00 and at least 24 hours in advance? Then this will be done free of charge.

What happens if I am late?
In case of late cancellation, we will retain 50% of the total amount . A booking is only final with us when a minimum of 50% is paid. During the booking process you can choose between paying 50% down, paying 100% or even paying 100% + the deposit. Whichever case you choose, we will retain 50% of the payment for out-of-policy cancellations. Have you paid more than 50% of the total fee? Then we will refund the difference within 5 working days after cancellation.

It's raining cats and dogs!
The weather is beyond anyone's control. If the weather is very bad on the day you rented and do you want to cancel? Then we use a voucher as a rain check. You will receive a voucher worth 100% of the entire booking, which must be used within two years of the date. It goes without saying that we will simply refund any deposit paid.
